“Hotel delivery” describes a service, not every detail of the handover. Ask both the rental provider and your hotel how it works for your address and dates.
Start with the full address
Give the provider the hotel name, street address and booking dates. A delivery area may have a mileage limit or additional fees. Two hotels in the same destination can receive different delivery quotes.
In Las Vegas, Best Price Mobility advertises free delivery within 12 miles for bookings longer than two days. Confirm your address and rental period rather than assuming that every booking qualifies.
Ask whether you must meet the driver
Do not assume hotel reception will accept, store or return equipment. Ask where the exchange happens and whether someone must sign. For Orlando bookings, Parkway Mobility says in its own FAQ that Disney resort guests need to meet its driver for both handovers. This is that provider’s published instruction, not a statement about every provider or current hotel policy.
Allow time for arrival and collection
- Confirm whether you have an appointment or a delivery window.
- Give a reachable contact number directly to the provider.
- Ask what happens if a flight is late or a room is not ready.
- Check where equipment can be kept between checkout and collection.
- Confirm any required charging or cleaning instructions before return.
Do not substitute a cruise or airport plan
A hotel booking does not establish permission to hand over equipment at an airport, cruise terminal or attraction. Ask the relevant operator about its access requirements and ask the rental business for a quote that specifically covers the intended location.

Save the delivery address, contact number, agreed window, full price, return instructions and cancellation terms in one place. If any answer is unclear, ask before paying.
