Effective September 29, 2026. This notice covers Mobility Rental Finder, an independent rental-information directory.
Browsing and tools
We do not have visitor accounts, accept rental payments or collect medical questionnaires. Search and calculator inputs are processed in your browser; our code does not send those entries to an analytics service. Hosting and network services may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Optional analytics and storage
Google Analytics is optional and loads on our public domain only after you accept analytics. Rejecting it leaves the directory and tools usable. We store your choice in browser local storage until you change it or clear site data. The “Privacy choices” control in the footer lets you change the choice.
If accepted, Google Analytics may use identifiers and cookies and process page visits, device/browser information and approximate location derived from network information. Our page-view configuration omits the URL query string. We do not enable advertising personalization through this tag. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal prevents our analytics loader from running.
Withdrawing consent stops subsequent measurement through our loader and attempts to remove accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase data already processed by Google. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Email enquiries
Choosing the email link uses your email service. If you contact us, the recipient receives your address, message and information you choose to include. We use enquiries to respond, assess corrections and maintain the directory. Do not include medical records, payment information or other sensitive data.
Messages are kept while needed to address the enquiry and any related recordkeeping obligations. We do not specify a universal deletion deadline because needs and applicable obligations vary. You can request deletion or ask about information held about you.
External providers and maps
Rental and map links open third-party services. We do not embed a map that loads automatically. Those services have their own privacy policies and control their bookings, cookies and payments. No paid referral links or display advertisements are active on this directory.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing or complain to a relevant authority. Contact [email protected] with a request; we may need information to verify it. We do not sell personal information or use this site’s analytics for targeted advertising.
Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. This site is intended for adults planning rentals; it does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information.
Changes
