Information service, not rental service

We publish an independent directory and planning tools. We do not rent, sell, inspect, fit, deliver or maintain equipment; take booking payments; or provide medical care. Any rental contract is between you and the chosen provider and is governed by its terms.

Verify before relying on a listing

Source-linked facts and dated prices are snapshots. They may change or contain errors. Confirm the equipment, suitability, availability, total charge, deposit, delivery, cancellation policy and return terms directly with the provider before booking. Inclusion is not an endorsement, quality ranking or verification of licensing or insurance.

No medical advice

Descriptions explain rental categories and logistics, not diagnosis or treatment. Ask an appropriate professional about clinical needs and ask the provider for specifications and operating instructions. Do not rely on this directory to determine whether equipment is safe for a particular person.

Calculator limitations

Results are arithmetic estimates based on your inputs, not quotes or tax advice. The calculator cannot account for unentered fees, provider package rules, actual taxable items, refundable deposits or changes to your booking.

Acceptable use and content

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, impersonate a business or send false corrections. Our original text, design and tools are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party names and marks remain with their owners. Nothing here limits legally permitted quotation or other statutory rights.

Third-party websites

External websites control their own content, privacy practices and transactions. We are not responsible for their performance. Raise booking disputes, refunds and service problems with the rental provider.

Limits and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any particular booking outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections required by applicable law.

Corrections and changes

Use our contact page to report errors or raise concerns. We can correct, update or remove content as appropriate. Updates to these terms use a revised effective date. These terms do not require private arbitration, waive statutory claims or select a court that overrides mandatory consumer protections.
